This project is designed and constructed in an exclusive residential neighbourhood of Kuala Lumpur. It follows the principles of tropical design concepts with wide and open verandah spaces around the house, generous cross ventilation and ample daylight into the interior spaces. Water elements like pools and ponds are designed to cool the micro-climate around the house. Large and manicured garden are designed to provide shades and privacy.
